“SEE ME- Mobile Film Festival” is founded near the rear entrance of Taoyuan train station. The festival is to encourage Southeast Asian new immigrants, migrant workers, and local film workers to record the livelihood of transnational mover. Through Southeast Asian immigrants’ narration of their culture and Taiwanese citizens’ participation, the festival is anticipated to foster intercultural understanding between natives and non-natives. Through this festival, we expect to build a communication channel of Southeast culture with various video creations.
